When you join us some experience in care is desirable but not essential. If you are applying for more senior roles it is beneficial if you have a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or the equivalent NVQ if studied before 2010). It helps if you can drive, but you must, please, have a clean driving licence.
We offer in-depth training and a comprehensive induction programme. Each member of staff has their own continuous personal development plan. We will also support you to gain further qualifications as we are always looking to foster talent and promote people with good ideas and management capabilities.
