It is ideal for a single resident who needs intensive support and care while gradually improving from recent relapse or crisis, or recovering from a period of challenging behaviour.
Activity Centre
The activity centre within the home is a space for Residents to enjoy their free time with a wide range of activities, from games and puzzles to painting and drawing.
Residents are encouraged to explore their creativity, and we intend for the centre to aid them in staying mentally and physically active. The activity centre also includes an Occupational therapist lead learning skills kitchen and laundry. Abbey Lodge is a 10-minute walk from the award-winning Bushey Rose Garden where residents can explore and take in the beautiful scenery.
The Bushey Grove Leisure Centre is situated close to the home, the centre offers the opportunity to the residents to join the gym, attend swimming and fitness classes and take part in a wide range of sporting activities.

Location
Dhana Lodge is situated in the pleasant area of Wanstead, within the Borough of Redbridge, East London. With a village ambience, the town includes many independent shops and cafés and has a strong local community. The Lodge is close to many green spaces including the small park near the centre of town. Wanstead Forest is at 10 mins walk, Wanstead Park is also about 14 mins away by foot. Moreover, Westfield Shopping Centre is just 14 mins by drive and 27 mins by bus.

There are educational facilities in and around Wanstead, including Newham College, which is 20 minutes away by bus. Moreover, University of East London (Stratford Campus)
